Rocky has been in property management over 35 years. Approximately since it was invented. In that time he has operated in most major markets in the southwest and mountain west with companies ranging from boutique fee managers to publicly traded REITs. He has maximized value on assets ranging from C- to A+, including affordable and receiverships. Rocky is past President of the Colorado Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and past Region 8 National Apartment Association RVP. Rocky is currently a Senior Director for Greystar serving a diverse group of clients.
