Roger joined the team in 1999 and is Howell’s general manager. He leads the Advanced Industries group, oversees the accounting department, and supports business development pursuits. Roger’s commitment to excellence is evident in his hands-on approach, guiding his teams through every stage of a project, from preconstruction to completion, fostering trust and strong client relationships in the process.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder. He has earned an EIT designation, is a LEED® Accredited Professional, and possesses Lean-CM certification. Additionally, Roger is an ICC Class ‘A’ General Contractor and holds licenses for numerous municipalities along the Colorado Front Range. Roger actively engages in various professional organizations to stay abreast of market developments.

Roger and his wife Dawn are proud parents of three wonderful, almost grown children and outside of family time, Roger enjoys the great Colorado outdoors. His hobbies include being an avid Umbraphile (someone who chases solar eclipses globally) and many other open-air activities.
