Ross Kaufman is a Director at RBC Community Investments, where he originates tax credit equity investments across the Rocky Mountain-West Region. He has 15+ years’ experience in the tax credit industry, primarily within acquisitions where he has focused on originating, underwriting and closing affordable housing projects across the US.

Mr. Kaufman is a frequent speaker at the annual Housing Colorado NOW conference, and recently completed a two-year term with CHFA’s Tax Credit Advisory Group (TAG).

Ross graduated magna cum laude from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Business Administration – Economics, with a minor in Urban Affairs.

He resides in Denver, CO with his wife and two daughters, ages 4 and 7.
