Ryan Carlson is vice president of Carlson Associates, a family real estate company based in Eastlake, Co. that was formed in 1967 by his grandfather, Lee. Ryan’s primary focus within in the company has involved the acquisition, entitlement and disposition of large-scale mixed-use properties in the Denver metro area. Ryan enjoys working across all types of real estate classes including; residential, commercial, retail and industrial. His concentrated efforts have been located in Adams and Weld County the last 10 years. As a result, he has become proficient with unique variables that come with development in Northern Colorado which include mineral and water rights along with the implementation of metropolitan districts. Ryan graduated from the University of Denver with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate in 1997 and joined Carlson Associates that same year.
