Ryan Mott is an Arizona native and began his career in the real estate industry at Hancock Communities (now Meritage Homes), where he worked during his undergrad studies in Business/Real Estate at Arizona State University.  After graduation, Ryan moved on to Lennar Communities Development where he gained unique experience in land development, acquisitions, entitlements and homebuilding and firmly established himself in the industry.  After nearly a decade working for three (3) national homebuilders, Ryan relocated to the east coast in 2012 and spent five (5) years in NYC and Washington DC managing a $2B+ residential and commercial real estate portfolio with projects across the central and eastern US regions.  Currently overseeing Melcor’s growth and operations in the US, Ryan is building on his expertise gained in creating revenue within differing asset classes located in diverse US markets, including large scale master planned communities, multi-family, and mixed-use office and retail.  Ryan is also a lawyer by training, but please don’t ask him his legal opinion on anything; he likely doesn’t know the answer and can’t bill you for the time.
