Ryan Welch is the Head of the Debt Group at JCR Capital where he directs a team dedicated to originating senior bridge, perm and construction loans on virtually all asset types across the country. Mr. Welch has 11+ years of experience in direct origination, underwriting, special servicing and asset management and was most recently with Ares Management prior to joining JCR in January 2019. JCR Capital is a Denver-based commercial real estate finance company that provides both debt and equity to middle market commercial real estate sponsors nationwide. JCR invests through a series of discretionary funds, co-investment vehicles and managed accounts.
