Scott Johnson – Quarterra, Regional President – Central Region – Midwest, MTN, SW, TX

Scott is currently the Regional President of Quarterra, Lennar’s Multifamily Apartment Division, where he is responsible for managing all development and construction activities in the Mountain, Southwest, Midwest and Texas Divisions.

Prior to taking on the Regional President role at Quarterra, he was responsible for sourcing over $2.4 billion of development in 23 communities with over 7,000 apartment homes since late-2012 in Denver and Phoenix and building a team of development, construction, and property management professionals.

With over 24 years of experience in multifamily, Scott previously served as the Managing Director of Mill Creek Residential Trust, where he sourced the development of over $100 million and established a successful development, construction and asset management platform in the Mountain States.

He also was the Managing Director of Trammell Crow Residential and was responsible for the sourcing and development of over $500 million in luxury multifamily communities.

Scott is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA) and the University of Colorado (MBA), where he currently serves on the Leeds School of Business Real Estate Center International Advisory Board.

Scott is also an active member and supporter of the University of Virginia College Foundation, ULI, NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board, NMHC, Breakthrough Kent Denver, the Vail Valley Foundation, and Judi’s House.
