As Regional Vice President, Scott is responsible for a Denver portfolio which consists of 18 communities and over 3,100 units. He has over 20 years of increasing property management experience in multiple submarkets along the Front Range. He has managed real estate in every major market in the western United States.

Scott is the current President of the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Denver. Scott has been Chairman of the Douglas County Planning Commission and is an affiliate of the NAA, DAA and Denver Board of Realtors. He was awarded Best Regional Manager in 2006 and 2015 by the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Denver. He earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 1994.
