Scott brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience, primarily focused on debt originations across all major assets types, geographies, and risk profiles

Prior to forming Lariat Management, he was responsible for $4.2Bn of senior mortgage and mezzanine debt originations while in senior production roles at Ares Management and J.P. Morgan

Previous experience includes opportunistic structured credit and equity investment roles with Torchlight Investors and Kimco Realty

He received a Masters from NYU Schack and a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College. Originally from New York, Scott now lives in Boulder Colorado with his family
