Scott is the former Chief Executive Officer of Cooperative Strategies, a national facility planning firm and Executive Director of the Office of Capital Construction at the Colorado Department of Education. Between these two roles, Scott has over 18 years of experience delivering facility plans to clients across the nation. Scott specializes in developing facility condition and suitability assessments, master plans, program plans, and funding plans for various public agencies. He has managed many large-scale school construction projects as an Owner’s Representative and developed industry best practices for budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder communication. Additionally, Scott has facilitated dozens of communities, board, budget, and procurement meetings with clients across the country.

At Iconergy, Scott’s role is to lead our consulting team’s strategic efforts, manage and develop projects, and provide overall direction on how to best optimize client’s building portfolio. Scott’s leadership background and technical expertise help drive our actionable solutions for our clients.
