Sean Ribble
Business Development Director

Sean has more than ten years of experience in the commercial real estate finance and commercial banking space. Prior to Greenworks Lending, he was a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking with ANB Bank, a mid-sized community bank based out of Cherry Creek, CO. He specialized in commercial real estate, C&I, state housing tax credit finance, and most recently, CPACE. Since 2017, he focused his efforts on building awareness of the CPACE/energy efficiency initiative through various Colorado Real Estate Journal panels and Mayor Hancock’s sustainability conference.

Sean began his banking career through FirstBank’s management training program, transitioning to ANB Bank after five years.

Sean received his graduate degree from the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking and his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University.
