Seth’s practice focuses on the purchase and sale of real estate, joint venture agreements, and borrower-side financing. His clients include hotel, office, multifamily, manufactured home, industrial and mixed-use developers and investors.

With regards to the hospitality industry, Seth represents clients in the acquisition and disposition of branded and unbranded hotels, related financing, joint venture agreements, and negotiation of the hotel management agreements.
