SHANE SEITZ joined Ventas in 2011 as part of the Nationwide Health Properties (NHP) acquisition. He is responsible for the acquisition of medical office buildings and establishing strategic joint venture relationships with developers and owners. Prior to joining NHP, Mr. Seitz served as a Senior Acquisitions Associate with InSite Medical Properties, a division of the Broe Group, handling the acquisition, equity and debt financing of its medical office building portfolio. Before joining InSite, Mr. Seitz was with Hammes Company, a national healthcare development company focusing on development, facilities planning, asset management and asset advisory services.

Mr. Seitz received his B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development and Marketing from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an M.B.A. from University of Colorado-Denver.
