Steve Buretz serves as a Director of Business Development for Integro and is responsible for guiding owners and managers of commercial real estate through the C-PACE origination process. Mr. Buretz has and currently serves as Principal of Flagstone Consulting Group, LLC. Flagstone is the acquisition and brokerage entity for Mr. Buretz and various partnerships and LLC’s that he controls. Flagstone entities have developed, owned and operated commercial real estate assets in Colorado for the past 25 years. Flagstone and Mr. Buretz have also performed select brokerage engagements including disposition of surplus real estate assets for Rite Aid Corporation from 2001 to 2015. Mr. Buretz brings extensive commercial real estate and business development experience to the Integro team.
