Steve DeMars is a finance and debt placement expert experienced across all commercial real estate asset types with a specialization in multifamily housing. Steve has successfully facilitated over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate debt transactions, spanning across 50 assets and over 10,700 housing units throughout the United States. Steve leverages his extensive relationships throughout Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, life insurance companies, debt funds, banks, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) groups to secure the best financing partnerships to address individualized ownership strategies.

He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and holds an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
