Steve Gardner is a Senior Associate and Project Manager with Van Tilburg, Banvard & Soderbergh, AIA. As a director of the Denver office, Mr. Gardner also assumes responsibility for overseeing day-to-day productivity, client relations, staffing and budgeting. His project management responsibilities include construction document production, contract negotiation, design, CAD standard implementation and close-out.

Mr. Gardner has a proven track record of critical thinking, analysis, decision making and leadership abilities. His work includes commercial, institutional, residential, entertainment, mixed-use, hospitality and retail projects. With over 28 years of experience in all phases of the practice, he is well-versed in entitlements, master planning, feasibility studies, code research, design, specification writing, construction administration, program management and technical quality control. He is dedicated to working collaboratively with clients, colleagues, consultants and contractors to provide superior service and design excellence within scope, budget and schedule.
