Steve Johnson serves as Chief Operating Officer for the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). He previously served as Director of Community Development and a member of CHFA’s leadership team since 2010, and has been with the organization since 1996. Prior to joining CHFA, he spent six years in the commercial banking industry. For the past ten years, Johnson has served as Treasurer for the Council of Development Finance Agencies Board of Directors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hillsdale College.
