Steven Mulhern is an Executive Vice President and works on the execution and development of owned and joint venture projects within Coventry’s land portfolio in Denver and Houston.  He has a wide range of experience in all facets of the commercial real estate.  He began his career in Denver 35 years ago as a commercial broker with CBRE.  Following CBRE, he joined CMD Realty Investors as their Western Regional Vice President, a national office acquisition and development fund with over a billion dollars in assets in five states. Later, Steven served as Senior Vice President and Director of Development and Acquisitions for Shea Homes and Shea Properties in Denver a private home builder and commercial developer based in California.

Steven has served as chairman on numerous civic organizations including:  Englewood’s Housing Authority, Urban Renewal Authority, The Cinderella City Redevelopment Authority and The Englewood Planning Commission. He currently serves on the board of directors for The Downing House and Mile High Ministries.

Steven is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
