Tad Johnson is a Director in the Conventional Investments Group. He is responsible for sourcing market‐rate multi‐family acquisition opportunities with a focus in Denver, Nashville, Minneapolis, Washington D.C. and Salt Lake City.

Prior to joining Security Properties, Tad was an Assistant Vice President at Bentall Kennedy where he was responsible for sourcing acquisition and ground‐up development opportunities in Texas and Midwest markets, for all product types.

Tad earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Puget Sound, through the school’s selective Business Leadership Program. He is an active member of ULI, formerly in the Chicago Chapter’s Young Leaders Group.
