With Halaby Capital, Mr. Halaby is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, reposition, and disposition of investments. Mr. Halaby is also responsible for raising equity, maintaining investor relations, and sourcing investment opportunities.

Mr. Halaby has invested in the real estate since 2008. Starting in 2008, he made numerous investments in distressed real estate, purchasing properties at a significant discount, increasing the value of the properties, and selling the properties for a profit. Since late 2014, he has been investing strictly in value-add, multi-family properties in the Denver Metro Area.

Mr. Halaby graduated from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business in 2012, earning his Master of Business Administration. In 2003, Mr. Halaby earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona.

Mr. Halaby is an active member of the Denver community. In 2008, he and a few friends formed the Blue Sky Fund to help disadvantaged children in the Denver area. Mr. Halaby currently resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife Misty and their three children.
