Tia took ownership of the firm in 2007, and continues in her principal role as an active, working project manager.

Originally from Wichita, Kansas, she received her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas, and dual master’s degrees in business and architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver.

Tia is a licensed architect in both Colorado and Utah, and augments her senior project management duties with recruiting, training and marketing. She also is a regular speaker at professional and trade events and a published author covering industry trends, code issues, and the business of interior design.
