Tim Dolan is the Housing Development Program Manager at the Colorado Division of Housing (DOH). In this role he is responsible for management of the division’s affordable housing financing activities involving state and federal resources. Prior to DOH, Tim was a Senior Commercial Loan Officer with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority where he provided financing for affordable rental housing, small businesses and helped develop new financing programs.
