In the role of Chief Development Officer of STACK Americas, Tim brings expertise in data center infrastructure and real estate development.

He is known for creating data centers and campuses for hyperscale and enterprise clients. Prior to joining STACK, Tim operated an independent advisory practice serving hyperscale users and wholesale data center clients.

His career also includes significant roles at Facebook (now Meta), where he managed greenfield and leased data center projects, network PoP, and fiber development.

Tim holds a B.S. in Network Design and Management from Western Governors University.

His extensive experience in technology infrastructure strategy, operations, and program management enables him to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of STACK’s
diverse client base.
