Supporting the men and women of Swinerton and dedicated to delivering excellence in every encounter, Tim is driven to achieve client goals and exceed expectations. He accomplishes this mission by providing leadership, technical advice and fostering a mutually productive environment for all stakeholders.

Tim brings more than 20 years of construction experience and proven leadership and talent to Swinerton.  He started his construction industry career as an owner’s representative which has supplied him with a balanced perspective on delivering client service.

He joined Swinerton in 2014 and was named Colorado Division Manager in 2016. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of Colorado and the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation.

As a national general contractor, the commercial market is a core focus for Swinerton, as well as the public sector and the renewable energy industry. Locally, Swinerton is building the Block 162 office tower in downtown Denver, as well as office campuses for Partners Group, Viega and Ball Aerospace, among others.
