Tina Luck is the Senior Director for Greystar’s Mountain Division, bringing more than 20 years of leadership and operational expertise across Colorado, Texas, and Illinois. Since joining Greystar in 2012, Tina has built high-performing teams and driven success through lease-ups, Class A community management, and large-scale value-add renovations. She currently leads a team of seven Regional Property Managers overseeing a portfolio of more than 10,000 units throughout Colorado. Recognized for her results-driven approach, Tina has earned multiple company honors, including Portfolio Manager of the Year in 2016.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tina is deeply committed to advancing the multifamily industry. She has served as President of the Board for the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado and as a Board Member for the Colorado Apartment Association.Tina holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation and is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family on the golf course.
