Harnessing his expertise in market planning, site selection, contracts, and scheduling, Todd is responsible for Mission Critical projects within the Build-to-Suit sector. His expansive knowledge specifically within data center planning and construction, facilities management and equipment procurement provides him with the vision to assess and align project pursuits with client needs within the growing Mission Critical area of development.
