Todd Meckley

Todd Meckley came to Prescient from BSB Design, a nationally recognized planning and design firm. He was the Market Leader for Student Housing and Multi-Family and served on its Board of Directors. Meckley has over 23 years of experience in architecture, site development and construction.

In 2004, Meckley founded Entasis Design, PLLC with a focus on multi-family, student housing and mixed-use projects. After 11 successful years, Entasis merged with BSB Design in 2015. Following the merger, Meckley focused his attention on growing the brand recognition in all facets of multi-family development, performing financial underwriting and site analytics for clients while enhancing the design-develop-construct process.

Meckley is responsible for developing Prescient’s new business relationships and managing existing clients. He has responsibility for all aspects of design and leads the U.S. and Polish design teams. Meckley will advance Prescient’s in-house A/E capability by strengthening teams to drive more internal decision making for better control of the design process and faster execution. He is registered in 25 states and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
