Professional Experience
Todd specializes in representing both corporate tenants as well as developers, and institutional landlords to acquire, lease and dispose of industrial real estate to successfully achieve the goals of his clients. Todd has worked in the Industrial real estate industry for 19 years. During the course of his career, he has handled sales and lease transactions involving over 15 million SF. Todd joined CBRE in 2006, upon CBRE’s acquisition of Trammell Crow Company.

Throughout his real estate career, Todd has successfully represented several significant national and local landlords and developers. He currently lists over 4 million square feet of Denver industrial properties, valued in excess of $400 million.
