National/Regional Experience
On the ground advisory in 15 states and 55+ metro areas. Mostly focused in Mountain region but was based in Southern CA from 2003-2006 travelling throughout the country.

Colorado
Led and conducted over 700 studies within Colorado, mostly along the Front Range but with work throughout the State. Aside from three-year CA stint, have resided in Colorado since 1990 living in Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Denver.

Advisory
Wide array of residential development including mixed-use master planned communities, age-targeted, rental housing and condominium conversion, infill and suburban development, mountain and oceanic second home, custom lots, and downtown adaptive reuse. Work regularly includes strategic planning, market and financial feasibility, economic and demographic forecasting, product positioning and planning, consumer analysis, absorption modeling, as well as overall market evaluation and opportunity analysis.
