Tom Kooiman is a Director of Business Development for Brinkmann Constructors in the firm’s Denver office. With more than 30 years of regional, national, and international business development experience, he has been a top performer throughout his career. He joined Brinkmann in 2011, focusing on relationship development in a multitude of markets in the Denver region. Before entering the construction industry, Tom managed and trained tactical sales teams for engineering and manufacturing services.

Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He serves on the board of directors for NAIOP and is actively involved with ULI, SIOR and multiple city economic development teams.
