Tom Parnell is a Managing Partner with Cress Capital. Cress and its affiliates have invested over $225 million of equity in transactions exceeding $1 billion of total capitalization. Prior to joining Cress in 2016, Mr. Parnell held real estate roles at Triangle Petroleum Corporation and the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC), Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.

Mr. Parnell is also Managing Partner of RevOZ Capital, a dedicated Opportunity Zone investment manager with over $100 million of capital under management.

Mr. Parnell received his MBA from the Wharton School with a major in real estate and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School with a concentration in finance.
