Tracey Wilson has over 13 years of investment banking experience with Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and Zurich, and later with Merrill Lynch in New York, Denver, and Hong Kong.

He specialized in institutional sales & trading and later corporate finance: mergers & acquisitions and structured products. Making a life style change he and his family came back home to Denver, Colorado as the Managing Director of Operations & Training for Charles Schwab & Co., helping migrate the firm to its dominant position as the first and largest on-line discount brokerage firm.

Tracey later served as Director for Qwest and SVP for Sungard Trading Systems servicing the financial markets and their clients both institutionally and retail.

For the most recent 9 years Mr. Wilson has been the Senior Consultant and Managing Director of Business Development helping facilitate tax-deferred like-kind IRC Section 1031 Exchanges.

He is a Certified Instructor with the State of Colorado Real Estate Division, and has been an adjunct faculty member of Regis University teaching accounting, finance, economics, and statistics. He also is approved by the Colorado Bar Association to provide CLE credit for attorneys. Most recently Tracey has been invited to do classes Nationwide for RE/MAX Corporate and RE/MAX International to deliver his powerful and entertaining class “Barstool Economics.”  Tracey maintains the CES (Certified Exchange Specialist) designation and is a Vice President at IPX 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. which is the nation’s largest Qualified Intermediary.

He has a BS in Finance and Engineering, an MBA in Finance, and is currently working on his MS in Accounting
