Troy Stover has been at the Colorado Springs Airport since March 2005, when he started as the Facilities Maintenance Manager. He was promoted to the Operations Manager position in October 2007, and from 2013 to 2022 held the position of Assistant Director of Administration and Finance. Troy is currently the Director of Business Park Development for Peak Innovation Park. Before working at the Colorado Springs Airport, Troy managed the Jefferson County Airport (now known as Rocky Mountain Metro). He began working there after high school as a Maintenance Tech/Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF) while earning his Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from Metro State College. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree, Troy also served as a Board Member and President of the Colorado Airport Operator’s Association (CAOA) for 10 years and remains an active member in the State Aviation Community.
