Mr. Solomon is a Senior Director, Asset Management at WPT Capital Advisors. He plays a key role in WPT’s fully integrated platform, supporting all aspects of industrial real estate including transaction execution, asset valuation, and property management oversight. His efforts contribute to the firm’s commitment to delivering functional and flexible buildings that meet the needs of its tenants.

Prior to joining WPT, Mr. Solomon served as Vice President of Asset Management at Brookfield Properties, where he managed all facets of asset performance across a nationwide logistics portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held a Senior Analyst role at LaSalle Investment Management, supporting asset management operations across the Sydney and Atlanta offices.

Mr. Solomon holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia.
