Wendy Williams has 30 years of experience in leasing, management, and asset management of approximately 6.5 million square feet of downtown and suburban office properties.
Wendy is currently the Director of Property Management with Vector Property Services overseeing the daily operations of the 655,565 square foot 1001-17th Street for Franklin Street Properties that underwent major renovations in 2008 under the ownership of Miller Global Properties. 1001-17th Street is LEED Gold Certified and has an Energy Star score of 94. Wendy’s responsibilities include oversight of the other Vector managed properties in Denver. Her resume includes employment with Means Knaus Partners, Crescent Real Estate Equities, and Trammell Crow Company.
Wendy served on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Denver Business Improvement District (BID) from 2004 to 2009 and was the Chair of the BID in 2010. She currently serves on the Denver Civic Ventures Board. She was President of the Denver Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in 2001. Wendy recently Co-chaired the Executive Committee for Denver’s Outdoor Downtown, a collaborative committee between the City of Denver and the Downtown Denver Partnership.
Ms. Williams graduated Cum Laude from Illinois Wesleyan University where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with majors in art and education. She has a Real Property Administrator designation (RPA), a BOMI High Performance Buildings designation (BOMI-HP), and she holds a Colorado Broker Associate license.
