As Senior Managing Director of Trammell Crow’s Denver office, Bill Mosher oversees the Company’s development and investment activities in Colorado. A native of Denver, he has more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors of urban real estate. Trammell Crow has developed and acquired over $2 billion in Denver-area projects across all property types over the past decade.
Bill joined Trammell Crow Company in March 2006, and has focused on industrial, office, retail, residential and health-care related projects. Current projects under design or construction include: Amazon Sort Facility at Thornton Crossing; 169 Inverness Drive Office Building; Denver Water Operations Complex Redevelopment; Crossroads Commerce Park; Riverview at 1700 Platte; Olde Town Residences in Arvada; and a new mixed-use development at the Fitzsimons Army Base in Aurora. Bill also serves as the CEO of the Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority.
Completed noteworthy projects include: Denver Health & Hospital Authority (Medical Office Building and Support Services Building); Olde Town Arvada Transit Hub Facility; Audi Automotive Group R&D Facility in Golden; Class A office at 1900 16th Street; DaVita World Headquarters Building; History Colorado Center, Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center, and the Denver Union Station Multi-Modal Transportation Center.
Bill served as the President of the Downtown Denver Partnership (DDP) from 1990-1999. At the Partnership he helped guide Downtown Denver’s rebirth in the 1990s by advocating, planning, managing, promoting and developing central Denver, including forming the Business Improvement District (BID) and initiating a downtown housing development strategy culminating in redevelopment plans for the Central Platte Valley.
Bill continues to be heavily involved in community efforts, including Colorado State University’s Board of Governors; the Downtown Denver Partnership; and is a Member of the Colorado Forum. Bill has served as Chair of the Urban Land Institute Colorado Council; the Denver Housing Authority; and a Member of the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority Board; as well as many industry-related, educational and civic speaking engagements.
