Bill will manage all real estate leasing, acquisition and disposition of assets within the Centura’s connected ecosystem, working closely with all operating group and hospital executives. He will also oversee all construction, including planning, budgeting, scheduling and project execution, and will supervise project managers, architects, engineers and contractors.

Bill is on a mission to do well by doing good, and to support and encourage everyone around him. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to Centura. Most recently, Bill served as the Senior Director of real estate operations for Providence St. Joseph Health System where he was responsible for strategy and portfolio management on all leasing, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. He also provided leadership and project management on specialized construction projects where he implemented the strategy, delivery and opening of Express Care Clinics, both free standing and embedded in Walgreens locations across California and states in the Pacific Northwest. In a previous role, Bill led the expansion and rollout of new hospital locations across North America for Banfield Pet Hospital, a subsidiary of Mars Petcare.

Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and economics from Indiana University and is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

He, his wife, Norine, and their four children are excited to relocate to Colorado and enjoy all the outdoor activities.
