Zachary S. Rivas is Associate Director of Acquisitions, Western United States  for TruAmerica Multifamily, one of the most active apartment investors in the U.S.  Zach is responsible for managing $1.5 billion in transactions in Nevada, Colorado, Arizona and Texas and has contributed to the sourcing of $325 million since 2015.  Zach graduated from the University Southern California with a BA in Real Estate Development and  a minor in Business Administration.  Early in his career, Zach was an investment analyst at ARA in Irvine, CA where he was responsible for supporting all underwriting for the Southern California Multifamily Capital Markets Group.
