Zvi Rudawsky is the Managing Member of Wheelhouse Commercial. Mr. Rudawsky has an extensive background in real estate operations including property management, asset management, real estate owned (REO) management, appraisal, due diligence, construction management and asset disposition. He earned the designation of CPM®, Certified Property Manager, is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and has held the certified residential real estate appraiser license.
A Denver native and graduate of Colorado State University, Mr. Rudawsky began his career in real estate in 1987 with Home American Mortgage Company. He was responsible for the management, rehabilitation, and disposition of Home American’s $22 million REO portfolio. During the early 1990s Mr. Rudawsky managed a 165,000 square foot portfolio of office properties for Omni/Key Bank in Denver. During his tenure, he was responsible for $1,500,000 in capital improvement projects in four of the bank’s major assets. From 1995-2002 Mr. Rudawsky managed a $100 million portfolio of 1,650 apartment units for Woodhaven Management Company, LLC. Mr. Rudawsky was responsible for all aspects of property operations including asset, property and construction management. In addition, his duties included the direct supervision of Woodhaven’s 65 employees.
Mr. Rudawsky served as President of the Northern Colorado chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Mr. Rudawsky was selected as the 2004 CPM® of the year out of 450 CPM® candidates in Colorado. IREM was founded in 1933 with a mission to educate real estate managers and to enhance their professional competence. It awards the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation to members who fulfill the rigorous criteria designated by the organization. In addition, Mr. Rudawsky is active in several charitable organizations including The Epilepsy Foundation of America. Mr. Rudawsky lives in Denver with his wife, and their two children.
