AvalonBay paid $91.25 million, according to public records, for the 338-unit Ridge at Wheatlands community at 6855 S. Langdale St. in Aurora.

Ironwood at Red Rocks, currently finishing lease-up, features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, the latter of which average more than 1,300 square feet. 

AvalonBay Communities Inc. paid $73.05 million, or $304,375 per unit, for the 240-unit The Meadows community at 4300 Swanson Way in Castle Rock.
