Cortland Partners added a second Colorado Springs apartment community to its portfolio with its acquisition of a newly built asset. 

Ent Credit Union is developing a new, 300,000-square-foot-plus headquarters in northern Colorado Springs that will more than double its current facilities. 

The unnamed investor paid $134,615 per unit – the second-highest price per unit paid in Colorado Springs for a property built prior to 1980.

Buchanan Street Partners of Newport Beach, California, paid $72.5 million for Creekside at Palmer Park

Priderock Capital Partners out of West Palm Beach, Florida, paid $27 million for the 160-unit community at 2880 Woodland Hills Drive

The Clarion Hotel & Conference Center and Quality Suites Central at 314 W. Bijou St. was purchased by the owner of The Antlers, a Wyndham Hotel, and The Mining Exchange, a Wyndham Grand Hotel & Spa, for $7.8 million. 

The buyer, a private, 1031 exchange investor, paid $5.73 million for the Red Robin restaurant at 1410 Jamboree Drive.

An unidentified out-of-state buyer paid $51.1 million, or $164,839 per unit, for the 310-unit Advenir at the Village Apartments – a record price per unit for a 1960s apartment community in Colorado Springs. 

Old Navy and Ulta Beauty will join the center at 2120 Southgate Road, at the northeast corner of Highway 115 and Lake Avenue, just west of Interstate 25 – the third location for both brands in the Colorado Springs market.

The property, completed this year, was developed to help meet a need in Colorado Springs’ industrial market.
