Evergreen Devco Inc. is set to start work next month on Dry Creek Commons, a Thornton retail development – adding to the “significant” development activity occurring in the city. 

The Shops at Beeler Park, situated on a site adjacent to Dick’s Sporting Goods Park, home of the Colorado Rapids, will feature a mix of pad sites and two multitenant buildings. 

Evergreen Devco Inc. kicked off its value-add multifamily platform with its purchase of a pair of Denver apartments for nearly $70 million.
