A Los Angeles-based value-add multifamily investment firm acquired the Loretto Heights apartment community – boosting its local portfolio to more than 2,000 units. TruAmerica Multifamily paid $72.25 million for the 312-unit apartment community at 3400 S. Lowell Blvd. in Denver. 

Westside Investment Partners purchased the historic Colorado Heights University campus – best known as the Loretto Heights campus – for $16.5 million.
