Alliance Construction Solutions recently topped out the Sheridan Station Apartments, an eight-story affordable housing project in west Denver. Designed by Johnson Nathan Strohe, the $29 million project is being developed by Mile High Development and Brinshore Development.

Koelbel and Co., in partnership with Mile High Development and Longs Peak Advisors, recently completed 8877 Eaton St., 118 affordable housing units in the Downtown Westminster redevelopment of the old Westminster Mall. OZ Architecture designed the project, which Milender White began building in January 2018. 

The Point at Nine Mile Station will be a mixed-use development, including not only a new King Soopers on the 22-acre site but also destination and entertainment oriented retail and approximately 500 rental, affordable and for-sale multifamily units.
