Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP arranged the financing totaling $172.85 million for the properties comprising 1,534 units in the Denver and Houston metropolitan areas.

Slipstream Properties purchased the portfolio, which includes 1,178 units of Class B and C apartments in seven complexes predominately located in southern and eastern Colorado Springs. 

Evergreen Devco Inc. kicked off its value-add multifamily platform with its purchase of a pair of Denver apartments for nearly $70 million. 

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler’s Leon McBroom arranged the loan for the properties comprising 159,778 square feet along Walnut Street.
