A joint venture between Continuum Partners and CIM Group, 9th Avenue (Denver) Land LLC, announced the opening of Theo, the first market rate residential building at 9th & Colorado, a 26-acre urban infill project at the site of the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver.
