A Los Angeles-based value-add multifamily investment firm acquired the Loretto Heights apartment community – boosting its local portfolio to more than 2,000 units. TruAmerica Multifamily paid $72.25 million for the 312-unit apartment community at 3400 S. Lowell Blvd. in Denver. 

Inland paid $196,078 per unit, for the 408-unit community at 1539 S. Galena Way.
