TWC Management will develop Colorado’s first Vīb hotel in Denver’s River North Art District.
Vīb is a locally inspired boutique hotel concept by Best Western Hotels & Resorts. The six-story Denver hotel will be located at 3560 Brighton Blvd. and will offer 112 rooms plus amenities focused on convenience, technology and social engagement.
“The creativity, ingenuity and grit of RiNo serves as the foundation for everything we’re doing with Vīb,” said Jennifer Gipfert, TWC CEO and co-owner. “More than anything, we want this hotel to support the ethos and strengthen the economic vitality of the neighborhood. Vīb will provide an affordable option for leisure and business travelers to explore and patronize local restaurants, breweries, galleries and shops. We are also committed to hiring the majority of hotel employees from surrounding neighborhoods.”
The hotel will feature a rooftop terrace with seating, and a lobby bar featuring local craft beverages and food. It also will provide signature “Zen Zones” where guests can unwind. Other amenities will include 2,000 square feet of meeting space, a grab-and-go food service area, gaming pods, free Wi-Fi, a fitness center as well as rooms with smart TVs, and workstations with Herman Miller desk chairs.
The design is industrial in nature to fit with the surrounding neighborhood and incorporates extensive glazing for maximum transparency and street activation. Studio PBA is the architect. Constructing timing is being finalized.
Vīb currently has two other locations: in Antalya, Turkey, and Springfield, Missouri.
TWC Management owns and operates three Best Western-branded hotels in Colorado and Wyoming.
