An urban, upscale Hilton Garden Inn has opened its doors at 1999 Chestnut Place in Denver.
HGI Denver Union Station is a 12-story, pet-friendly hotel with 233 light-filled rooms and suites offering views of Coors Field, the city and mountains. It includes a breakfast café and also is attached to the historic Hose House No. 1, soon to open as a one-of-a-kind restaurant and bar called Woodie Fisher’s.
Developed by Focus Property Group and operated by Davidson Hotels & Resorts, the HGI Denver Union Station was custom designed by Johnson Nathan Strohe and built by Alliance Construction.
Features include 10,000 square feet of functional meeting and event space on the second level, including a 1,700-sf outdoor patio and ballroom with 19-foot ceilings and a full wall of glass. Additional amenities include a 54-foot lap pool with windows that open to the outdoors, a fitness center, business center and coworking space.
Across the street from King Soopers and other retail amenities, the hotel is within 2 1/2 blocks of Denver Union Station.
