WeWork grows its footprint by leaps & bounds in Tabor Center

WeWork is more than doubling its footprint at the Tabor Center with a new lease that will give it space on seven floors in the downtown Denver tower.

The global workspace provider is growing from approximately 64,000 to 150,000 square feet, adding space on four floors. The Tabor Center, a property owned by Callahan Capital Partners and Ivanhoé Cambridge, is located at 1200 17th St.

With the additional space, WeWork will grow the number of desks in the building from 1,000 to more than 2,100. The company, which also has locations in the Denver Union Station and Lower Highland neighborhoods, offers private offices, dedicated desks and hot desks, along with common spaces that host a variety of events.

WeWork said demand has been extraordinary in Denver, and all of its spaces are full. It has 4,000 members in Denver and plans to add more locations.
